Barbecued Shrimp
Aerved Spicy or Mild. This is a classic New Orleans dish. Jumbo white shrimp from the Gulf are sauteed with butter, garlic, lemon, mushrooms, and spices, served with a stuffed or baked potato, or french fries.

Seafood Pirogue (pronounced pee - row in Louisiana)
A pirogue is a flat bottom canoe. Half an eggplant is skinned, hollowed out, covered with seasoned flour and fried. The eggplant is set on a bed of steamed spinach, filled with sauteed shrimp, crawfish, eggplant, herbs and seasonings, then covered with hollandaise sauce.

Crawfish Etouffe (pronounced A - 2 - fay)
A classic Cajun dish. This dish is made of shrimp stock, flavored with tomato, onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, and herbs. It is thickened with a red-brown roux. Crawfish tails are cooked in the sauce and it is served with rice.

Catfish Filet or Atlantic Salmon Filet
A fresh filet is generously seasoned with our house blend, then grilled. Served with a baked or stuffed potato, or french fries, and sauteed vegetables.

Catfish Orleans
A grilled catfish filet is covered with a sauce made of brown shrimp from the Gulf, cream, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, demi-glace, green onions, and seasonings. Served with a baked or stuffed potato, or french fries, and sauteed vegetables.

Fried Jumbo Shrimp
Jumbo white shrimp from the Gulf are coated with seasoned flour, then deep fried. Served with french fries, cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, and lemon.

Fried Catfish
Fresh catfish filets are sliced into strips, coated with seasoned cornmeal, then deep fried. Served with french fries, cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, and lemon.

Filet Mignon or Rib-Eye
We cut our steaks in house, they are lightly marinated in red & white wine, teriyaki, worcestershire, garlic, and black pepper. Your steak is grilled to your liking. Served with a baked or stuffed potato, or french fries, and sauteed vegetables.

Pork Tenderloin
Grilled pork tenderloin, lean and juicy, served with a baked or stuffed potato, or french fries, and sauteed vegetables.

Panéed Chicken (pronounced pa - naid in Louisiana)
A chicken breast is pounded even, coated with bread crumbs seasoned with many herbs, then fried. Served with fettuccini alfredo and sauteed veggies.

Steak Mickey
Our rib-eye or filet is covered with a sauce made of cream, crawfish tails, mushrooms, demiglace, green onions, and seasonings. Served with a baked or stuffed potato, or french fries, and sauteed vegetables.

Seafood Fettuccine
Sauteed shrimp and crawfish are blended with our alfredo sauce then tossed with spinach and egg fettuccine.

Shrimp Diane
Gulf white shrimp are sauteed in butter with shallots, mushrooms, garlic, white wine, shrimp stock, herbs and seasonings. Served in an au gratin dish with french bread and rice.
